Benjamin Jolley is a third-generation independent community pharmacist practicing at the oldest continuously operating pharmacy in Salt Lake City, Jolley's Compounding Pharmacy. In 2025, he became the most prominent advocate for structural separation of PBMs and pharmacies by speaking to a crowd of more than 20,000 people about the abuses imposed upon small business pharmacies and the general public by the vertically integrated monopolist PBMs. Benjamin is a Senior Fellow for Healthcare Policy at the American Economic Liberties Project. Vidya Drego, VP of Marketing at SmithRx, has been instrumental in building and scaling the company's marketing organization over the past two and a half years. Bringing extensive experience as a SaaS marketing leader at notable companies including HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Salesforce, Vidya leverages her deep expertise in software and technology marketing to drive impactful growth strategies. Armed with a Masters in Human Development from Virginia Tech and over a decade in healthcare and customer success roles, Jordan guides his team in fostering strong client relationships. Alan oversees the company's pharmacy initiatives, including manufacturer relations, network management, and clinical solutions. His background includes clinical leadership roles at Magellan Health and Veridicus Health, as well as hands-on experience as a practicing pharmacist. Alan's academic credentials include an MBA and PharmD from Idaho State University, a Bachelor's in Chemistry and Business from Westminster College, and specialized training in managed care pharmacy. His comprehensive understanding of the industry drives SmithRx's innovative approach to pharmacy benefits management.

Alissa Johnson leads the Connect 360 program expansions at SmithRx. SmithRx Connect 360 offers members and employer groups lowest cost medications, often with up front savings. Previously, she worked in hospital operations and as a clinical pharmacist in solid organ transplant.

Holly Mustaq is the Director of Connect 360 at SmithRx, with over 19 years of experience in the PBM industry. She leads a team focused on operational excellence and driving impactful drug cost savings for both employer groups and members, while enhancing access to affordable medications and driving cross- functional collaboration. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, her expertise spans patient access, patient assistance programs, and healthcare insurance, including commercial plans, Medicare, Medicaid, and PBMs.

Nichole Sharp is the Director of Member Support. She has over 15 years of experience working operationally in the call center space and leading teams. Nichole has worked with SmithRx for the last 3 1/2 years and has spurred numerous initiatives to scale the Member Support Department while also continuing our focus of delivering world-class member experiences
